If you're not completely satisfied with your item(s), please email us at support@noochxxoshoes.com within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement order, store credit, or a refund, depending on the issue.
Please note, we do not issue store credit or refunds for the following:
Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer
Products that have been worn, washed, marked, or damaged in any way
No refunds if you changed your mind on the product becasue these are made to order.
