If you're not completely satisfied with your item(s), please email us at support@noochxxoshoes.com within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement order, store credit, or a refund, depending on the issue.

Please note, we do not issue store credit or refunds for the following:

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer

  • Products that have been worn, washed, marked, or damaged in any way

  • No refunds if you changed your mind on the product becasue these are made to order.
